PB&J Taco? No, give me sriracha!

Two corn tortillas with chunky peanut butter and jelly were sitting on my plate. The guy taking orders on the truck served them on the house. He said, you have to try them, please let me know what you think. I can’t say they were good or bad. They were just strange. I had never had PB&J with corn – corn tortillas. I liked that they were warm and the PB&J had somewhat melted. I don’t know the name of the food truck. I was tired, maybe the drinks weren’t allowing me to think clearly. I remember the truck was right in front of Piano Bar in Hollywood. I did however enjoy eating the chicken taco with sriracha… wait, was it chicken?

That just reminded me that I need to go and buy some sriracha sauce.
